From the beginning you knew that Damian’s journey is gonna be tough, gut-wrenching.How can you survive when the person you loved the most, died?Damian lost his soul mate. This is his story after her death, 4 years later.

Damian didn’t dealing well with Kate’s death. It was like living in the darkness, feeling empty and using women, booze, to forget how miserable he was. His pain and sorrow were so heartbreaking, feeling Kate everywhere, he couldn’t move on and didn’t have the strength to do it.
Each day, was an other when he had to endure his life without Kate. Ellie was also grieving, with Damian’s help. They both found solace in each other after his brother died. They went through a lot and being together make the suffering more bearable. They used each other. She was falling for him, but stayed away because he found Kate. She is strong, brave and succeed to move on, almost (especially when it comes to Damian) . She left and went far away, to forget him and the town where all the memories were still vivid, with people who were here reminding too much of her boyfriend.
Ellie and Damian have history for sure , but I won’t tell you more about it because you really have to read it, to understand the beautiful story behind Ellie’s return and how considerably his life is gonna change forever and for the better, especially with Lia.
The road to second chance at love and to rebuild a life was sure very tough, difficult, but with this light into his darkness, Damian will finally find a way to grieve and to move on. To be a better man.
