⭐️ New release – Not Just Friends by T. Gephart ⭐️

Not Just Friends by T. Gephart is now live!

A little harmless flirting never hurt anyone.

Jared Leighton

Presley, I screwed up, I’m sorry. You were vulnerable and I was supposed to be the good guy. Last thing I ever wanted to do was betray your trust, or worse, hurt you. I should never have even kissed you, let alone . . . yeah, well we both know how that ended. You’re my best friend’s sister for Christ’s sake, what was I even thinking? Clearly, I wasn’t. I’m so mad at myself, I want to break my own legs, save Tibbs the trouble. So yeah, I know this isn’t much of an apology, but I needed to make sure you’re okay. Let me know things are still cool between us or at least, what I can do to make it up to you. And it’s probably for the best if we keep this between just us. I swear on my mother, I’ll never touch you again.

Presley Tibbs

Leighton, not sure who you thought you were with last night, but it wasn’t some vulnerable little girl who needs protecting. I assumed that was pretty clear when I took you to MY bed. Don’t pretend that last night wasn’t exactly what we both wanted. We’ve been flirting with each other for years, and I finally got tired of playing games. As for my brother, he doesn’t and will never have a say in who I invite into my life or body—not his business. But if you’re scared that’s your hang up not mine. So save your apology, and your good intentions, and don’t treat me like I’m a woman who didn’t know what she was doing. Oh, and tell your mother I said hi.

Meet T.

T Gephart is a USA Today and International bestselling author from Melbourne, Australia.

With an approach to life that is somewhat unconventional, she prefers to fly by the seat of her pants rather than adhere to some rigid roadmap. Her lack of “plan” has resulted in a rather interesting and eclectic resume, which reads more like the fiction she writes than an actual employment history. She’d tell you all about it, but the statute of limitations hasn’t expired yet.

But all those crazy twists and turns have led her to a career she loves–writing romantic comedy.
When she isn’t filling pages with sassy and sexy characters with attitude, she’s living her own reality show in the ‘burbs of Melbourne with her American husband, two teenage children, and her fur child–Woodley.

She loves adventure, to laugh, travel, and strives to live her life to the fullest.

** ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review. **

I adored this series about firefighters who found their match, colorful characters and a bit of madness in the air, with love coming straight away.

This time, Presley and Jared are going to share their story, knowing each other for years, Presley is his best friend’s sister. And well it seemed that they were just friends… with a lot of sparks in the air!

I adored the first two books and this third installment was completely different from the atmosphere of two previous ones. When I could connect from the beginning I had more difficulties with this story. I could feel at some point their connection but it wasn’t that strong.

When the supposed friends crossed the line and turned things into a mess. A lame apology later, or whatever one time thing that thought it was, Jared was so wrong. Denying their connection was so difficult to hide. Especially to Presley’s brother, Tibbs.

I appreciated the crazy bunch of friends and seeing characters in a new light. The dynamic between Presley and Jared was interesting, being friends first and turning into something more later. Even if I have some issues to really connect, I enjoyed the last part of the book, showing characters differently, bringing this particular emotional touch.

However, it was a nice and enjoyable story.
