I can’t believe that I pulled my boss’s name for our company’s annual Secret Santa tradition…
As the devil incarnate, this infuriating, cocky bastard never gives us the holidays off, and he honestly expects us to be grateful for his generous alternative: The Office Party.
It’s a mandatory, all-expenses trip for two weeks at a surprise luxury resort—where we still have to work twelve to fifteen hours a day.
I’m so over this…
So, I put zero percent effort into his gift. I tear the tag off whatever my sister gifts me, add a five-dollar amazon gift card, and hand it off to him.
It’s not until my sister sends me a text that I realize how terrible of a decision that was.
Georgia: Why haven’t you sent me a ‘LOL’ about the brand-new vibrator I got you? I really do hope that you use your boss’s face as a muse, like my note says. 🙂
If that’s not bad enough, this year’s “luxury trip” will be in my hometown–the place I’ve avoided for years. At the resort that my grandmother owns…
If the universe gets me out of this, I will never ‘regift’ anything ever again…

The Office Party was a quick, fun and sexy read.
Two workaholics, Garrett West the boss with his annual tradition, two weeks with their coworkers, a seminary from hell and Savannah the Chief Advisor who has decided to rebel against those rules.
As you might guess, it didn’t go as planned. This office party is going to a memorable one.
For so many years, Savannah has to deal with Garrett. A boss with no boundaries, demanding at any time but expecting the same ethic from his employers. This two week “vacation” was mandatory and no one could escape. Even with the best organization. Savannah was going to learn the hard way. From the first pages, I was already invested in this story, the angst, the banter and interactions between the characters. Fun and plenty of sarcasm, hilarious with some colorful characters. Definitely straight to the point.
I adored how Garrett and Savannah loved to hate the other, pushing each other’s buttons, always with hatred and that strange chemistry, explosive and hot.
A challenging relationship, like an old couple without any intimacy.
These two were so in denial until some misunderstanding might get these two together. So exciting!!
I had so much fun with this story, the main characters made me smile so much I lost count. Their antics were on point, sometimes silly and crazy, trying to think with their minds not their hearts but when they met in the middle and judgements based on more realistic assumptions, they were just amazing. This was a great holiday novella, refreshing, hot and sweet that put me in a good mood.
